The Sixth Line are monsters. No two ways about it, they're implied to have commited some great unforgivable act on Balmorra.
I hadn't heard the 6th line, but I like it… however I believe that a jedi's duty should be to the force itself rather than any particular group.

It's all about the sith code. Nothing more Nothing less
Adding just one line to to the Jedi or Sith code is never going to fix them. Because the opinion that can be reached is both sides are wrong. Still seems very clear only one master on either side really understood the force. Instead of vague ideas of bringing balance to or controlling the Force, actually explored what that might entail.
The sixth line sounds like that similar line echoed by Thrawn, that sometimes evil is not mean to be understood, but to be destroyed.
