Custer, pay attention to the condition of your weapons. Condition SEVERELY affects the accuracy of the firearm. Doesnt matter if you put the crosshairs right on their head, if you have a shitty condition gun, it can, and will still miss. Low condition guns will also jam. Could be what was to blame for that first clip of you and tacti both trying to hit that sniper scav but you bullets seemed to be disappearing
