  1. You want the Thai Baht to fall, also need more Cash in Government coffers???

Your asking for Inflation and cash on hand…

    PRINT MONEY…!!!!

    Speed up the cash Handouts,..

As I said 6 months ago, Printing the money for handouts can only help the Thai Economy…..

As the THB inflates the value of Exports and Tourist spending power rises…

It's the PERFECT time to print….

  2. Does anyone know why accommodation costs are so high for this coming year ? Last two weeks of January first two weeks of February are 25% more expensive than last year the recently stronger baht doesn't explain that large jump

  3. Shout out to 5 Star Marine, Shaun Stenning, and the entire team! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our boating outing with them back in July of 2023. Red carpet service all the way! 5 Star Marine’s ongoing charity works are truly notable. I’m pleased that they graciously sponsored this channel yet again.

  4. I'm against the "digital wallet" scheme, but I'm all for the 10k Baht stimulus for the poor. Glad to see the government didn't hold out and found an established and sensible way to distribute the funds.

  6. ACMI is Air Crew, Maintenance and Insurance. And yes, air crew includes the flight attendants. These are generally short term leases, less that a year. Frequently ACMI aircraft are left all white, or will have decals of the airline name on the fuselage and the tail logo.

  7. Money fluctuates. When I left Thailand in 2014 the Thai baht was 29 Baht to the USD. My last visit in may/June it was 36 Baht to the USD. No choice but to go with the flow. Complaining does nothing. Good luck all.

  8. The USA has the strongest economy in the world, that’s just a fact, so the USA haters can say what they like and pretend that’s the issue. It’s just this simple for me, if I get less, I spend less. I can’t control the why, but I can control the how. The baht appreciation won’t impact my life as much as it will impact the lives of the Thai people. But if you want to waste your time trying to figure out the why, then go for it because it won’t change the ups, or the downs.

  9. A wet lease is a domestic airlines leasing the aircraft with the crew from an other domestic or international airline. Normally it's for a short period of time. A dry lease is a longterm agreement like 5 yrs and more that involve the aircraft only.
