Cabovers, among long-haul trucks, no doubt are less common across Hawaii, Alaska, did you go with US and Canada than they used to be, but are still relatively common throughout much of the rest of the world. Mainland Australia and New Zealand’s North and South islands have a mix of cabover and cab-forward trucks although I’m sure life in Tasmania, an off-mainland state of Australia, probably wouldn’t exist without trucks bringing goods over from the mainland.
