  1. tommy eventhough I own a F30 340i and not a F80 like you did, without you I wouldn't have tried the X5 screen upgrade mod. it's been one of my favorite mods for my car, thank you for all the BMW DIYs you provided!

  2. F82 with DSG (and Comp Pack) is definitely a good car for track and daily use even in winters with snow tires. But I’ve got my eye on that new M2 also, which I hear will handle even better than the last gen M4. Good luck with whatever you choose!

  3. Got my F82 in June 2020. Dodge RAM 3500 RAMMED into it (That's what Rams do, I guess), and it was a total loss. I got 50% more from the insurance company than I paid for it 2 years and 20k miles ago.

  5. I started watching your channel while I was waiting for my 2018 M3 to be delivered. I sold it 2 months ago after I found a 2019 Carrera T that I had been chasing for the last couple years. Now apparently I need to pick up a Jetta. 🙄

  6. Glad to see you are back at it! Sad the F80 is gone. I probably watched your video of picking it up 30 times before I eventually bought my own. Looking forward to watching the next chapter.

  7. You totally hit the nail on the head! I started watching you because of the F80. The video you made for when you picked it up inspired me to do the same. I bought my car 10+ hours away and made a trip out of it. It was very memorable. I can't wait to see what you get next. I'm pumped!!

  8. I sold my 2017 M3 manual (Carbahn tuned, lowered) a few months ago. Such a beautiful car, but agree the manual was not great. I have a manual Boxter S now and it’s more fun to drive even though it’s much, much slower in a straight line.

  9. I was heart broken about the sell of that M3, I hope that one day like a dog that M3 finds it’s way back into your garage 😂 on it’s own. All jokes aside your channel is a good one to follow for car enthusiasts or those who love working on their own car.

  10. I'm super glad to see you again! I was wondering if I had missed any content even though it wasn't bmw related content anymore. Can't wait to see you back in a bmw and especially doing f82 content. Peace!

  11. Technically, the Porsche Speed Yellow Carrera-T is Violet's Whip, Tommy is just keeping it clean and serviced, so the battery doesn't die.Tommy does have his own sports car for the first time in forever.

Just get an Audi R8 V-10, like Tony Stark. Or go back to the future and get a mint BMW Laguna Seca Blue E46 M3.

  12. I must say that I was a bit bummed when you sold your F80 as I have been a devoted follower for 3 plus years. I bought an F82 Comp. 3 yrs ago which has been nothing but great. I absolutely love it! Your guidance, tips and DIY tutorials have been sooooo valuable. In fact, I just placed my order with Richland Forged for a set 20” Brushed Tinted Clear wheels. I was so smitten with them on your F80 and I finally pulled the trigger. I’ll still follow you, for sure, and hopefully we’ll see you in a M-something again one day! 😉. Thanks for all the great content and….Cheers from Austin! Jeff

  13. I think you should have kept the F80. It will cost you much more than $55k to find a Manual sedan that offers the performance, reliability and luxury of F80. Buying a used one is a crap shoot and the very clean ones with desirable colors will still cost a premium. I was offered $72k for my 2018 but there are zero new cars under $100k that I rather have. The F8X platform will be highly desired for years to come imo. DCT on F82 will be more raw and exciting than the new M2 with ZF auto.

  14. Tommy, thank you for your videos on the F-80. I got mine in Manual because of you. It’s mineral grey but I am in love. (MG 2018 F-80 M3 Comp + 6 Speed) love the garage update, keep it coming!!
