How many more transfers are out there to be had? At some point, recruiting has to shift toward 2024 and beyond.
The transfer portal is going to do this to a lot of programs, as coaches and players become more aggressive. Either way, did Colorado win a game last year? You brought Prime in to shake the program up…let him shake away

He need those scholarships for the next year squad. Some people are missing the point. It's 5 stars coming next year. They wasn't gone play at all. Coach Prime being real. It's best for you to leave. it's not messed up it's being honest. They should be thanking Coach Prime, Some of them players had 5 game stats for two years.

They covered a 1-11 team practice on National T.V. because of Prime not because they won 1 game.
It's funny when I say this people are in disbelief….not even the BEST coaches can turn 1-2 STAR athletes into Stars….rave about Saban all you want….but look who he signs on signing day…look at the NFL bodied linemen, receivers, LB's.. RB's….so what I'm saying is…this game is about talent….and if you win 1 game in 2022 it probably means you don't have much talent…and just bringing in great coaches will NOT win you the PAC 12 you MUST also turn over your staff…it was just that PRIME had the luxury of social media to aid him in enticing some to leave sooner rather then later to immediately free up some scholarships….when i saw Prime tell him team "Some think they are the man….and to talk to your position coach" I knew that was the final piece to the puzzle in trying to get some players to voluntarily leave………….now…..what he does over the next 6 months will either get him carved into Mt Rushmore….or into the laughing stock of coaching……..but some great players can play the role of 2 marginal players…..if you doubt this…look at some of some of Shilo's tape.

Players from a 1-11 team have to go. He said on day 1. "So I wan't y'all to get ready, to go ahead and jump in that portal…" The program has a culture of losing. This is what happens when you raise a couple generations on participation trophies, people can't see that ability and intelligence are not the same amongst humans.
Prime knows talent and he knows what it takes to build a powerhouse. Black coaches usually get the players already on the team they are hired to coach, but rarely are they allowed to build a program from scratch. Prime loves the Lord and will be given the desired players of his heart. To God be the Glory!!

You guys are big homers if you actually think this is part of rebuilding a team, or that Deion expected this. He is unproven to be able to recruit beyond Jackson St type players, and this will show how desperate Colorado has gotten. The program has some decent history in the Big 12, but since leaving they have not made a good decision.
Colorado is too cold. Some people perform better in hot weather. Athletes like that will have a better chance to make the big plays that get NFL attention at a warm weather school. At Colorado, almost all of your games will be in the cold. At Miami or Alabama almost none of your games will be in the cold.
Colorado is lucky to have Deion. Cant believe Florida State didnt try to get him. They have really fallen and he could probably get every player in Florida he wanted to come play for him.

New Coaches used to have to wait 2 or 3 years for crappy players to move on. This transfer portal thing has sped that process up.
