Just hire Pete Carroll at this point. Yes he is old but is also very healthy for someone his age. Give him a 3 year deal not a 10 year one and it's fine. He has won a Super Bowl, and has made 2 of them. He has a winning record. A great defensive mind and good player motivator. Just get an actual starter level QB (sorry Aiden is not it) and a good OC and let the gum chewing maniac cook. Plus he beats Harbaugh's a$$ when their teams lock up.
