  1. It was interesting that Jonathan mentioned he never had to do technobabble because he had the one of the best lines of technobabble in the entire series in Rascals when he talked about the "Firomactal drive".

  2. I watched this on Paramount +, but came here to leave Will a message: You are, indeed, spectacular at this. My eyes welled with tears, as you revisited the bridge. All hail The Ready Room!

  3. Seeing Wil with a salty beard on that bridge! Nvr thought I’d see the day! 😂❤😢

I am 100% here for Wil getting back on that bridge, IN THAT CHAIR, even more than my own feels for 1701D. She is more precious to me than I realized. Her bridge reminds me of the hope I once had.

Can we just nvr leave that set pls? 😭

  4. Hands down, possibly the best interview this season!! I loved learning how Ms. Dennehy was actually nervous while filming those iconic scenes we all remember. The Riker-Shelby antagonist dynamic seemed to flow so effortlessly in those episodes. It's a great testament to the writing and the acting. When Riker says, "…and there it is," in this episode of Picard, it's like all the unresolved baggage between them is still there. I agree with Mr. Frakes that Mr. Wheaton is really good at this.

  5. Jonathan Frakes must have forgotten his scene where he had to use technobabble while explaining how to operate the ship and the ships computer to the rogue ferengi who took over the enterprise.

  6. In the back of my head, with all of the Easter eggs of surprise appearances this season, it was a treat to see Lt. Cmdr. Shelby overseeing Frontier Day, and being back in the Star Trek universe. And she seems as delightful in her real persona. The interview with the duo was so great, and it was a heartwarming moment between Wheaton and Drakes.

  7. Mannnnnn Wil Wheaton you are so danged sincere. You sitting on the bridge makes me feel like I am getting to sit on the bridge, in the captain's chair. The joy on the face would be on mine, too. What a kind soul! MORE READY ROOM! FOR YEARS, PLEASE.

  8. The Trek after show had a different host a few years ago and to say that this is leaps and bounds ahead of that show is an understatement. I don't know if shows like this get nominated but I hope Will wins an Emmy for this. This is genuinely one of the best interviews of anything I've ever seen. Genius
