2 types of question mark, 1 is just a question mark over an old base, that is a tablet. 2 is a question mark with a large ball (bubble) around it, usually about 2km across, those are the POI, so maybe real mars landers that we have sent to mars, or places that we have pictures of that actually exist on mars.
