Praise the Lord for you Dr Jeremiah! I have listened to many saying Jesus is coming this day or that day. My response always isā¦Jesus told us in His word that we are not to listen to those giving times or dates. Only God knows and will tell the Lord when the time is right. We forget our timing is not Godās timing. He is doing things in His timing and wanting all to give their heart to the Lord. He is long suffering, and is using this time for Christianās to sow the word, and He will do the reaping. I was driving across a bridge today and saw a corn field down below that was brown and ready to harvest to feed the animals. I heard in the spiritā¦the harvest field is ripened. That tells me that we could see the Lord at any moment. But make no mistakeā¦Jesus will never be late. The time will be when God says go bring Your church home. How I long to go home. When we all get to heaven what a day of rejoicing that will be, when we all see Jesus we will sing and shout the victory. In the meantime I implore all Christians to get busy! Go out and tell everyone you meet that Jesus died for their sins. Explain the plan of salvation. Donāt worry what they think of you. Look up and care how the Lord sees you. Keep your eyes on things to come, not the madness of this world. A saying I coined is this life is just a breath upon the wind. Itās so true if only people could see. This life ends so quickly. Iām convinced the older I get the faster it gets. But I say the older I get, the closer I get to being young again. When they say what are you talking aboutā¦I sayā¦.no one is old in heavenā¦no one is sick, frightened, hungry, downtrodden in heaven. I donāt know what day Iām going, but I know each day brings me closer to stepping into the beauty of heavenā¦a place the Lord created for all Christianās. How blessed we are to know the Lord!
