  1. You're already a big streamer who has the connections & viewers. Smaller streamers going go an agency/team would help them gain more exposure, connect them with other streamers & brands.

So if you don't already have the connections & you aren't already friends with all of the top streamers, an agency is good.

  2. You said nadeshot missed the mark on allowing them to get a 10k a month house but you missed the mark on assuming everyone has the same connections & opportunities you have. You have a large audience & you have connections go the biggest content creators in the streaming side of things. Of course a team wouldn't be ideal for you but for smaller content creators its super beneficial

  3. Am I crazy to say that 85% is not bad? If you're 500 viewer andy the best you can probably get is a 5k sponsor if being generous. 15% of 200k is still a lot better than 100% of 5k. I heard 500 viewer andy getting very happy to get 2k sponsor. You can assume that 100T is 99% the reason they got the 200k sponsor. At the stage of streaming, the 100T brand is far more valuable than sponsor money. You can grow your channel then you can renegotiate the contract to get a better deal if you have growth leverage?

  4. I agree with 100T's predatory contracts that unfortunately seem to be becoming a norm for small/growing creators (ex. FaZe and Tfue). I can't put that blood entirely on Nade's hands as I highly doubt he is the one actually writing the deal and negotiating, doesn't seem like his department. However, looking from Nade's perspective, look at how he came up and got big. He started from nothing working at McDonald's to now being the CEO and Founder of a massive and growing esports org. He worked his ass off to get to where he is and definitely capitalized on any luck or opportunities. I don't think it's outrageous of him to think kids that may of reminded him of himself would have the same drive which is why he gave them a chance. Obviously, that's not how it went down and that is something he has since been forced to learn from. Not everyone can/will take the same path as him. Also, I think it speaks volumes that none of the other Mob members really had any complaints against 100T, just Froste. I know it is much easier said than done in the creator space but the stats and numbers of Froste's actual work don't paint a good picture for him. It is a tough situation all around but now that the dust has settled, I hope both 100T and the Mob can learn, move on, and continue to grow in the future.

  5. I’m represented by an agency and have a very different experience from you, I feel like a vast majority of the opportunities I’ve gotten have come from the relationships my agency has with brands. Brands also can centralize entire campaigns through the agency. The agency helps broker the deals and manages deliverables. Brands don’t want to work with 20 different individual YouTubers through 20 separate channels of communication, but rather centralizing it all in one big bundle through an agency is easier. I actually just played in an Uno tournament hosted by you Lud, and I probably wouldn’t have been invited if my agency wasn’t hosting and brokering it. Just my two cents

  6. Open gambling-world.Best users receive welcome rewards.

Moving the grand slots online was a win-win activity, beneficial for both casinos and players all over the gambling-world. Best users can enjoy, play, and earn real money or cryptocurrencies by gambling on their favorite games, as online casinos include every game that exists. However, online gambling brought some negative sides too. Many questionable companies could open their businesses. They choose shady security, nonfunctional platforms, unfriendly customer support, and fake promotions to get users data and steal from the customers.

  7. to take any amount that was signed in a predetermined contract is not predatory, they simple could have not signed… otherwise 100T is owed a contracted percentage of the money they bring in…. pretty simple

  8. This is a good take from Ludwig. Eighty-five percent is insane. I don't get how why anybody would agree to that long term. Perhaps to just establish viewership and brand relationships, but how is that a good deal once you are stable?

  9. Great points, I do think100T needed a big stake in their brands deals however to cover the boys salaries and the people assisting the boys, like the film crews cleaning the fucking mob house before filming, especially how the mbo brought nothing to the table as creators, this brand deal % is all there value and worth, but I do agree the number is high. Intresting to think what % for creators who bring no value would be considered is right

  10. People join those orgs because it's MORE famous than them, so they get the org's fans to increase their popularity. Like 100T Sniper, man had 50 viewers before joining, now he has 1k-2k always

  11. froste was making a salary that most need a college degree to be paid and worked less than someone with a fulltime job, im not discrediting the work that streamers do but if he really thought broadcasting a video game more then 8 hrs a week was difficult than hes extremely ignorant. ppl have to work way harder than that to come close to what his salary was and hes really gonna sit there and act like they were starving poor when theyre rooms were filled with doordash, maybe door dash some groceries instead. at the end of the day they choose a disgustingly high rent it doesnt take a genius to know that i doubt they needed 100thieves to tell them that, theyre 19-22 not 10. "we didnt have money to do anything worth fimling" but had a designated budget for content come on really trynna blame 100thieves for his shortcomings. I was working several days and full shifts a week balancing highschool from age 16, ive literally gone to work when i was throwing up in the parking lot. This is immaturity him as a college age adult acting as if a company that he is employed by needs to parent him is beyond me.
