The forearm pump of doing these with a straight bar and controlled rep cadence like this is unbearable. Even with straps I find my forearms screaming the most.
I was working more of an Arnold split, now I use something closer to a Mentze style workout, the only thing is now that I added those pull downs, my biceps are sore for roughly four days after so end uo waiting almost a week to hit arms and shoulders
