About Baldur’s Gate 3:
Baldur’s Gate 3 is a role-playing video game with a single-player and cooperative multiplayer element. Players can create one or more characters and form a party along with a number of pre-generated characters to explore the game’s story. Optionally, players are able to take one of their characters and team up online with other players to form a party. Like previous games in the Baldur’s Gate series, Baldur’s Gate 3 has turn-based combat, similar to Larian’s earlier games Divinity: Original Sin and Divinity: Original Sin II; all combat is based on the Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition rules

Congrats on skipping the first Kethrick fight using persuasion! You only get that option if you made him surrender earlier (when you mentioned his wife). So it skipped you to the 2nd fight "Avatar of Myrkul".
Yes! The spoiler-free story of the Dead Three goes as follows:
The god of death Jergal (who you actually found a shrine tomb of in Act 1) was challenged by 3 mortals who seeked god-hood: A necromancer, an assassin, and a tyrant warrior.
Jergal was tired of being the god of Death especially as he lost faithful believers over the thousands of years. So instead of fighting the three mortals before him, he offered the three to split his powers of godhood so Jergal can retire in peace. The first mortal to step forward was the Warrior who claimed to be Bane the "God of Tyranny" (Lawful evil). Followed by the Necromancer who knew that Bane would only rule over the living, so he decided to rule over the Dead – Thus he became the Lord of Bones Myrkul "God of Death" (Neutral Evil). Lastly was the Assassin who tried to one up the other two by becoming something in between tyranny and death like murder… thus became Bhaal "God of Murder" (Chaotic Evil).
Thus these three were eventually killed by other gods and heroes due to their greedy ambitions, and became to be known as the "Dead Three". You actually go against Bhaal "Lord of Murder's" followers in Baldurs Gate 1 and 2, which take place 100 years before BG3. Bhaal is a special case because he has many children who have his blood named "Bhaalspawn". In BG1 and BG2, you actually played as a Bhaalspawn yourself. In BG3 you might not be a Bhaalspawn, but you can learn a lot of new information if you replay the game as a new character using the "Dark Urge" origin background.
I'm confident that you would love a dark urge playthrough, if you feel like doing another playthrough of this game in the future.
I agree with you about Wyll's dad. To see your kid standing there next to a cambion, unable to tell you what is going on, and NOT think, "wow, something is deeply wrong here and my kid must be in trouble," and then kick your kid out with no further word…what an absolutely shit father.
That was so good.
And im glad you are now tying the knots about the story. You had a lot of theories that proved right. And thats why im so impressed. Great chapter from your journey, Kim!
How did you feel about Ketheric’s story?
A nice change of pace. You are emotional and loud, I find you entertaining. Good video
The best ❤
I’m impressed! You managed to skip Ketheric’s first fight! Keep kicking ass! Act 3 is a whole new world I feel. I think you’ll like it! Thanks Kim!
Ketheric was such a well written character, if finding notes bout his wife in the tower you can get so much dialouge with him before the fight which is quite sad. Was one of my favorite characters in BG3
Love how you're piecing the story together. You are right in remembering that the dead three gods were once mortals. Bhaal in particular is major recurring character that played important role in previous Baldur's Gate games.
Hope you had fun fighting a literal god.
Hey Kim, remember to talk to Isabel before leaving the moonrise tower
What the hell happened to Mol!?
Can you please make a reaction to this movie. War of the Worlds Goliath.
Excellent video. So exciting and you did so well. Love how much you are into the lore. I can't wait for the next one.
I am so hoping you do a Durge run after this. There is so much different in the story, and Durge is such an interesting character
Awesome playthrough, just make sure to talk to Aylin before leaving
Kehtric is a complicated villain but mirrors reality. Grief and abandonment has lead many throughout history to make terrible and tragic decisions. in the end we can sympathize but not excuse his. What good is it to gain the world and lose one's soul? Good writing, great voice acting in this act. You rock Kim!
This boss reminds me of the human reaper from the Suicide Mission in Mass Effect 2 bones and all!
Some thoughts: 1. 32:44 Your speech with Ketheric gave me chills, you're living the game and i'm loving it! 2.That firewall attack was a really cool move. 3.Good decision to keep attacking instead of healing / resurrecting , you're a beast 4. I'd love to tell you why the 3 gods are doing this, but that would be spoiler, right? 😉 . Keep going, don't stop 😁
Huh, I never realized it would skip Ketheric's battle if you persuade him. I mean it makes sense but I never picked that line lol because I assumed the plot would just advance anyway and still fight him again.
Pardon for my weird question, this is the first time I see your channel, however I find your face very familiar. Did you happen to shoot some short videos with some guys elsewhere, funny videos of course, because you look very much alike to an actress in it. Again, I'm sorry for my super weird question
I don't think Gortash thinks he's above the other three (he probably does) when he said controlling the Grand Design was a Banite task. The Grand Design is enslavement, and Bane is the god of tyranny, subjugation, fear, domination ect.
