Does Conan not have many YouTube shorts? There are so many unbelievably awesome moments from his career, that would work beautifully in the medium. Is there a separate account for them? I imagine Bley is already way ahead of me, assuming I'm not just being blind to a separate account for them or something. I'm sure there's a ton that would be wrapped up into getting those set up.
I'm not blind to the fact that it would take work, time, and money to edit them properly. Would be totally worth it though.

A prime example of what makes Conan's humor so awesome: taking a simple sticky-note idea and rolling with it straight to death and beyond. They reflected upon what makes the show so great initially: OVER-EXAGGERATION with amazing comical results. No wonder he hires such brilliant writers!
