Are you qualifying a particular kind of miracle? Because there's a lot more than one. Take the empty tomb because Jesus rose on the third day -> Matthew 28:1-7 Mark 16:1-6 Luke 24:1-7 John 20:1-13
You are missing the resurrection. That is the biggest miracle and opened the way of salvation. How do you read the gospels and not consider the resurrection? He raised himself, because proving he was God.
Even more miracles were Done by the Lord that were not recorded by the Apostles.
I have zero doubt that this is a very real account/occurrence as our LORD has done a very similar thing to me. I could not believe it though I lived it, then I stopped questioning it & instead just kept praising our LORD for being so good to me.
