  2. I had Mythology and it was probably the first thing I ever learned Greek mythology from. I wanted the Wizardology and Dragonology books as a kid, but I never got them.
I'd love to see where else they'd go with this series! MAYBE THEY'D MAKE AN OFFICIAL PIRATEOLOGY?

  4. I wish I had these books when I was younger. I would have never read them but I bet I would have loved looking at all the pictures and the little letters and stuff.

  5. I think it had to be one of the imitator books, not a pure Ology, but one of my absolute favorites was a magic book with a wooden wand in the end, and vials of sand and crystals you could pour into the handle to "enchant" it after unscrewing it! That wand was one of my favorite toy props as a child, but it cracked and started getting loose and I no longer have it.

  6. That's really weird because it should have an envelope with a a View-Master and essentially is a picture of fairies dancing in a court-like settings and the sequel actually has a full pop-up setting of a fairy Village at night and it even has a music trigger

  8. Okay but about the last names being too on the nose, there is a Sims 4 youtuber who was born with the last name Sims, and that has completely wiped all my disbelief about names being a little too perfect

  9. I have Fairyopolis and I think the thing at the end of your book was taken off but they have some cardboard thing and a pair of weird glasses that would make a picture w/ a bunch of fairys in it 3d or something [I can't figure it out]

  11. Dragonology, Egyptology, and A Practical Guide to Monsters were my main three books that I had in this style growing up, and I haven't been able to find my old copies anywhere, so I might end up getting them from amazon to relive that nostalgia.
