I love using Fleet on Rengar. Usually I switch runes depending on what I'm up against, but if I'm not sure or if I want to relax and autopilot, Fleet is my go to.

Was watching your latest streams and i found kinda weird the Conqueror + assassin build combo. But after listening your explanation here it makes lot of sense. The rune is just too good and versatile. No wonder why it has been one of the most used runes in the game in the last years.
