This poet isn’t a stranger to this channel, a son of a low-ranked samurai – Matsuo Basho (1655-1694)
his two poems for this lovely night refer to the hawk, as for the quail – well I didn’t read as much into the first haiku but I thought it fit the situation of the Duke and Missy in The Night.
And at night tiptoe quietly to check out @DariaCohen and her vampire series.
anyway, I usually check the words if I can rearrange it somehow to go with the chosen melody, which is why it might be confusing for the Japanese sensitive ear as the meaning may not always fit the video.
nonetheless, comment whatcha think, if it fits the title or not so much (giving ya the English translation this time)
