I don't think that the line where Megan talks about Megan's law was specifically targeted at Nicki herself, but for to the whole industry since unfortunately, things regarding sex offenders do happen often in the industry. It's unfortunate, but I think that what Megan was talking about. Plus the whole song she just speaks about problems in the industry in general, not directly to Nicki herself.
