As an American I was contemplating this one. Jumped with us at market garden.
And here I just ordered the british airborne box, mustly because I was meh on the beanie caps, and canadians can't take commandos. So the canadian paratroopers are a substitute for them.

Maybe I'm retarded but on Warlord's website I can only find british & inter allied commandos starter army with 60 infantry and no Centaur

Ages ago I bought some Commandos and the loose weapons put me off finishing that project (I know, wimp!) But if there are so many weapons in here (including the K guns 😆) then it's a no brainer to buy this new set and use those extra weapon arms on my older figures (and gives me LOOOOOOAAAADS of commandos 👍😊👌

I wanted to thank you for your Bolt Action videos. I recently got into Wargaming via WH40k and its been very nice seeing other systems
I like the early war so have just bought the new french army. its more expensive and only gives an AT gun added over this. its also not enough infantry to trigger the free squad for Hurriedly Conscripted Reserves.
I bought this and 2 25pdrs for my first tournament last weekend, came 9th out of 13 with 2 wins and 3 losses. Given 2 of my losses were to first and third, I'm pretty chuffed!
Awfully tempting! I just got some Italians tho. I need to paint them up soon.
Would like to point out that the new British infantry and even the commando's, they have been lazy and not given them the correct rifles! Theyve given the the old Lee enfields, the Mk3, when they should have the No 4 Lee enfields which were used 1943 onwards.
