The New Downtown Circle Dubai – A Masterpiece of Architecture in UAE

In today’s video we will give you all the details about the dubai project which so far is only a vision of the company ZNERA SPACE. officially there is no confirmation from the dubai goverment that this is really being planned. but it could a world new record which is the ring around Burj Khalifa, known as Downtown Circle created by Znera Space Dubai.

The Downtown Circle Dubai is one of the most visually impressive to date, not just because of its immense scale, but also because of its innovative interior and architecture, which we will talk about later in this video.

Over the last few decades, there aren’t many cities in the world that have grown as quickly and as impressively as United Arab Emirates ( Dubai) has, with skyscrapers like the 160-story Burj Khalifa.

The Downtown Circle Dubai boasts a circumference of more than 3,000 meters and is 550 meters tall, and will be supported by five colossal columns to loft the structure into the air.

Dubai is on the frontline again for what is about to be one of the best architectural innovations the world has ever seen with the Downtown Circle .

  2. It's hilarious that people think this is a real project that's going to happen and are making videos on it. Also "not enough land to develop in Dubai?" WTF, not only is there plenty of undeveloped vacant lots all over the city, the city itself is literally surrounded by vast dessert. All this stuff could be built on the ground and be 100 times more sustainable and cheaper. This is just fluff to get the architects name out there.

  3. I'm sure it will be stunning, but I am so in love with the the Burj Khalifa that it's sad to overpower it with such a structure. The Burj Khalifa is one of the most beautiful peaces of architecture to date. I love looking at it in night views and day views. This structure seems to just cover it all up in the drawings. Not crazy about it for this reason alone.

  4. The last thing Dubai needs is another viewpoint. The frame and the ferris wheels are more than enough. For the price of a drink, you can have a great view from Sh. Zayed Blvd. rooftops.

  5. The Arabs are in for quite a shock in the next 5 years. Demand is now stagnant due to the proliferation of EV's in China and Europe. And the EV's are doubling their market share globally every 12 months. Its now at 5% of all cars sold globally. Do the math. 5 10 20 40 80% of all new vehicles sold will be electric in the next 4-5 years.

  7. Yea they're so focused on the facade, they forgot the infra structure to take away all the human waste. Trucks line up every morning to suck out the shit from the septic tanks. In other words, pretty city with tons of shit daily! and that's the whole city.
