Is there anything new announced for Digimon: Survive ? A DLC or something ?
I've been making sure to keep up with the Ghost Game anime, so hearing about this crossover with Frontier sounds so exciting!

yeah it pretty concerning i am hoping the next digimon story announcement would be a surprise.
Like I've said before, don't expect much. I know Bamco, they are the figure head of disappointment when it comes to their anime franchise stuff for games specifically. As much as it might annoy people, Digimon's never been solely video games first franchise, hell I'd say it's like the third or fourth pillar for the franchise in importance. Also have to remember that announcement about several projects in the works was not that long ago so I wasn't expecting much turn around. Even if they're mostly ports they is no " press the port button" if you want a QUALITY port that isn't just a rom on a disk with bearly any modern improvements.
It was actually smart of them to remove the Q&A since it would have just been a bunch of game questions people would bombard the leader of that division with. I think instead of just saying "It's currently not in the works or I can share an information at this time" is a phase I don't want to from the poor man.
Hopefully we'll get a Survive situation where we don't get a lot of information on a game and it's still a long ways off but then we a trailer showing off the Story game during the summer.
The 25th project is probably a new V-pet line and the part 2 is gonna be about the about the contest where they were looking for new artists to make a Digimon manga. If they gonna speak about any other game, it's gonna be in the same section as next 0rder.
And don't underestimate the Card Game people, the TCG is pretty popular right now :v
As someone who waited with bated breath for video game news for the last digimon con, I'm not holding my breath. It'll be a nice surprise if it happens this time around but I'll wait to hear the news afterwards
I mean yeah next order was port from Ps4 game i not surprise if it's just 10 minute gameplay or introduction. And about next story game just give a time i assume they don't even hire artis "Suzuhito Yasuda" this time from SMT and even if they want to announce a game i think they probably announced in "bandain namco" game event than this you know because i think this event just like usual anime digimon with some merchandise just thinking like "Digi-navi" but with english sub. Probably my interest in toy line than game. I don't see they will make new game soon or at last interduce new mainline game. Especially with harsh review in digimon survive i doubt they even try to release next digimon project game soon even if it's "digimon story" or "world".
During a recent trailer they flashed images of the v-tamer manga during the part mentioning digimon 25th new project. My guess is its an announcement for contest for entirely new manga/mangas or they finally listened to us fans begging for a v-tamer localization and are doing a reprint+english release for us. Hopefully both because im greedy. 😛 If theres a trailer for a new game then they will probably surpise us with it at the end.
I desperately need a digital TCG, and they probably won't announce something like that.
It's not game content but I am hoping for some Digimon related vital bracelet news. They're probably going to show the results of the voting for the two new BE Memory cards but I'd love to see stuff about future cards too
Video games aren't the core of the Digimon franchise the way they are for Pokemon, so I'm not surprised to see so little information on the schedule for them. News about the next Digimon Story game would be nice, but I'm content to wait for updates. I figured the only game news we would get would be for the Next Order port, anyway.
As a general Digimon fan, I'm happy that this is taking place and it'll be cool to get news on whatever the 25th anniversary stuff is and new merch info. But in general I know not to expect too much since I did that last year and was disappointed, lol.
Uhhh… the Trading Card Game is currently the biggest part of the franchise. Bigger than the video games or anime, even bigger than the V-Pets.
Since theyve been hinting at a new story game but havent put it in the schedule, I'm assuming we will just get a short surprise commercial for it.

I am hoping for Digimon Story and/or Digimon Master TCG, but judging from the last Digimon Con's talks of no budget this and no budget that, i dont have high hopes.
And is it not about time we have a new Digimon mobile?
Either they do a Digital version of the TCG that is very popular or announce a new world game in general. They really need to strike while the iron is hot. REALLY hope they aren't showing off next world order…again…. Maybe they'll announce Digimon Super Rumble Global Release? That would be pretty awesome.
While it is a bit shorter, I'm still looking forward to this event. I like Digimon, and hopefully, we will see some cool new stuff come up.
