When we celebrate the birth of Jesus, we are not celebrating the day but we are celebrating the man, Jesus.
Jesus is bigger and greater than any man in the world.
Hebrews 13:8
People thought Jesus would disappear with time but he has always been.
The prophecies about Jesus’ existence stretch long before our very existence.
People thought that Christianity would fizzle out but it remains.
Likewise, those who expect you to fizzle out and become irrelevant, will continue to wait.
What is the birth of Jesus about?
1. It is about the fulfilment of divine prohphecies as purpose
The birth of Jesus is the fulfilment of divine prophecies and purpose.
Prohphecies are predictions of what will be in the future.
We are gathered here today because there was a reconciliation and a restoration unto our Father after we missed it at the garden of Eden with Adam.
Numbers 23:19
God is not a man that He should lie.
He won’t repent for unkept promises. What God has said is bound to come to pass.
Jesus was prophesied of and so He came.
Every word God has spoken concerning your life will come to pass!
Matthew 1:21-23
“All this was done”
All hat must happen in your life will take place.
Isaiah 7:7
No evil prophecy against you will stand.
If there is any positive prophecy awaiting fulfilment in your life, it shall come to pass.
In terms of dreams, always pray about them, good or bad. Pray that bad dreams won’t come to pass and that good dreams won’t be destroyed.
Psalm 119:89
Psalm 33:8-9
As soon as He spoke, it was done.
The God that you serve is not a man He is God. He won’t lie.
1 Kings 8:24
What God spoke with His mouth He fulfilled wit His hand.
If nothing could hinder or delay the birth of Christ then NOTHING can hinder the word of God in your life to come to pass.

Sin terminates prophecy.
When a righteous man is living righteously, but then suddenly changes his way, every good thing said about him will not come to pass
