  1. Muddy? Come to Oz and plenty of tracks are like that and worse. I ran once at Warnambool and coming back in the pits could not see at all. Tearoffs were glued down as was my visor and radiator shaker screen was solid.

  2. Seen 360’s and 410’s on this track… right foot control is tantamount to!! I raced my 360 there. I started there back in 1985.
My dad was 1972 rookie of the year in super stocks. It’s a tight track no doubt,,, but if you have car control and throttle control,, plus a good handling car,,, great racetrack!! This track,,, has produced many great racers!!

  3. I would think that its kinda hard to race when you cant see due to mud buildup on everything. That was a pretty nice jump though. Thanks for sharung this video with us tanner. Mat yall have a good one. Have fun take care

  4. Racing is a business for some teams. Makes sense to pack it up rather than run a C Main, transfer and finish mid pack in a B and then go home anyway. Just blows as a team to make the long haul and run a heat race and go home. Lots of hours for no payoff.

  5. It's called dirt track racing for a reason all these tracks nowdays nothing but dry slick rubber up single lane tire chewing isn't racing thats call fallow the leader no wonder the older guys that raced on alot of tracks just like this do so good against younger drivers that won't race on a heavy track I guess dirt track racing is getting pussyfied just like everything else In this country

  6. You're right Tanner! You either had to run bottom or you were completely screwed. That obviously doesn't make for good racing, and I think you did the right thing in parking the car.

  7. A greasy muddy track is my most hated aspect about dirt racing, right next to cost. Bad visibility in the pack, dangerous slick conditions where cars just slide up if they hit a bad spot, cant pass anyone, i hate it so much.

  8. The bad luck that seems to find you is crazy. Stick with it. Learn as much as you can. Building year for sure but it was always going to be. You have shown that you have the speed when the stars align, just gotta figure out how to make it happen more often. Tons of people pulling for you to make it

  9. I have been there before Tanner where I have decided to load up rather than get a load of damage, but was there an option to say drop back in the C Main, and just use the laps for practice? If you was going to get lapped for example, just pull off? Practice is better than nothing at all.

  10. I've been tempted to type this for a while. As much fun as I am sure it is to run a 410 Sprint, unless you are a Top 5 team (I'm talking IN THE WORLD), if you don't unload fast and qualify on the front row of a heat, you might as well load up the car. There is just no passing in a 410. If you start in the front, you have a chance to finish in the front. Otherwise it's a waste of $$ and parts.
