  1. It's fascinating that the commentator in this video didn't get the key lesson of the Vietnam War, 50 years later. It is now well-documented that the Vietcongs mostly fought not for communism, but for self-determination, independance, the end of colonialism. That's the reason why the US couldn't win this war no matter what.

  2. So a psychopathic war criminal exported by the US to torture and maim as much as possible. There are conventions regarding the type of ammunition to be used against other soldiers. FMG.
But seeing as the US happily carpet bombs neutral counties and napalms civilian's willy nilly, sending a bunch of murderous psychopaths with illegal weaponry is a minor discretion. I just heard recently that scalping was a favorite pastime by Americans in Vietnam. These stories prove a certain point.

  3. Such a brave soldier deserves more honor then the few short words here, that could be said. May your warrior heart find rest and true peace in the bosom of God's love Staff Sergeant Jerry M. Shriver.

  4. Let’s be perfectly clear men like Shiver did not become as diligent as he was to eliminate communism as stated yet these type of men love killing other humans. These documentaries always try a put a facade that validates our governments agenda, which is far from the truth of soldiers that endured the battlefields in particular in the Vietnam Conflict
