  2. ok not to be that guy but i as a marine biology student and one who studies prehistoric marine wildlife am not a big fan of this movie, like its a good movie but from a scientific stand point Otodus Megalodon (or just megalodon for short) was only 15 to 18 meter's in length, to put it into perspective that's about 49 to 59 feet (at most) so only ten or so feet longer than a Tyrannosaurus Rex, which is roughly the same length as a school bus about 40 feet, i still like the movie just the inaccuracy bugs me so much

  3. Excluding the legitimately impressive water simulation, most of the animation and modeling techniques you mentioned were commonly used before this movie and are not groundbreaking. Both animation studios AND visual effects companies “‘paint’ with pre-made models,” and many different scenes from many modern “live-action movies” are entirely animated.
This isn’t science; this is computer programming that has existed for years, James. These random compliments are feeling fairly manipulative.

  4. 1:20 Would love it if you branched out into action and crime cinema with Kill Count tbh~! Lot of films that don't quite fit the horror genre perse but would be great Kill Count material regardless.
