There are no rituals in Christianity. Jesus used the metaphor of bread and wine just like he spoke in many other metaphors in his ministry. But when the real thing is come, there is no more purpose for the metaphor. The very first moment you believed in Jesus' sacrifice, you took his body and blood. From that instant, it was done. Repeating a ritual over and over won't make you any more saved than at that very first moment of belief. Not even water baptism is necessary in Christianity. The only thing you need to do is believe and receive the Holy Spirit. It happened for me almost fifty years ago. I have never felt the need to remind myself over and over. That moment of belief has stayed with me ever since.
Joh 6:33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world.
34 Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread.
35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

. Jesus never intended for water baptism to continue after His resurrection. John the baptizer made that clear from the beginning.
Mark 1:8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.
Paul later understood that.
1 Corinthians 1:13-17 Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul? I thank God that I baptized none of you, but Crispus and Gaius; Lest any should say that I had baptized in mine own name. For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
There are no rituals in Christianity. It is all about walking in the Spirit and in faith.

Romans 8:9-11 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. I agree but they will say its not a new sacrifice, its a continuation of the same sacrifice which we know Jesus said it is finished.

[11] And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: [12] but this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; [13] from henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
"After He had offered" "one sacrifice" for sins "forever"
Jesus sat down on the right hand of God (ie: place of power) signifying it was finished.
At this point, I am convinced that the vast majority of Catholics simply just are not saved. I grew up one, so I know what I am talking about. I was saved in my mid 30s and it's such a different reality to Catholicism. But only the Holy Spirit can give you that knowledge and discernment. A lot of Catholic stuff is flat out demonic, too. I've interacted with numerous Catholics for years and almost none of them even understand what the New Birth is. They equate it with water baptism. Isn't it interesting that a physical object like water, wine or bread are taken mistakenly to be spiritual things? It's so sad, it really really is. It's horrific, in fact. Those people are on the way to hell when they die unless God regenerates them.
All of their holidays are.
Is it not a spiritual experience? I do not have the theological sophistication of "superstar" and doctrine expert believers. Hard to explain in language. I do know this is totally unique to our faith.
I like your explanation of “judicial hardening” and it sounds like an act of mercy. If I reject the little light God gives me, if he were to give me more light and I reject THAT light then my judgment would be even more severe! God is good!

@goodfightministries I, and many others, would like to see a presentation about the Orthodox Church. There are many leaving Christianity for Eastern Orthodox. I can easily see why, as most "denominations" are missing things from the Bible and from the very early church. BUt it seems that the orthodox also adds in a bunch of weird things.

As someone who was born into and raised for several years in the Catholic church and served as an altar server, I'll tell you one more.
I think it was on Wednesdays. They had something in the evening called a benediction. So when the priest does his whole shindig during the service, he uses a large host that he breaks at the altar. There is a whole ceremony probably about 20 to 30 minutes where they take this big gold sunburst looking thing with a porthole window in the middle of it that stands on about a foot high pedestal. I used to know the name of that but it's been decades. He does his blessings and places the giant host inside the little window and then lifts it up and moves. It left to right and back and forth showing it off to the crowd which usually isn't very large. That host is then placed inside what they call the Tabernacle until Saturday or Sunday service. So talk about worshiping the bread instead of the bread of life!
