  1. Wendell, please maintain a consistent distance between the mic and your talk hole. No more than 6 inches. You'll have noticed that the mic is attached to an articulating arm. ARTICULATE THE ARM, WENDELL.

  2. RE : the Credit Card thing
In the US (and maybe Canada) there is a 'service' that some credit card providers have that if your credit card expires and you get a new one with a new number, they automatically pass this information along to the companies where you have recurring payments to. That's why your payments kept working.

Also, it makes it impossible to get out of a subscription by just cancelling the card and getting a new one if this system is used.

This is why "virtual credit cards" are handy, if you can find a provider for them.

  3. I also find that UX is getting worse. As a self taught UX designer, I find I die inside when I use a really bad website, app or product. Tho I often finding myself redesigning said bad websites, apps and sometimes products.

  4. 36:04 Nuc and a wireless mouse. Set scaling to 150%, extra large cursor, pin keyboard to taskbar. Shut off all smart features and disconnect it from the internet. Use reg remote to turn on/off TV, nuc is always sleeping so it's just a matter of turning on/off mouse. Done and done. I fucking hate smart TVs.
