For those who will be playing this on Friday, only 4 days away, I can't understand the desire to spoil yourself by watching someone else play it when you'll be playing it yourself.
Ain't got very much longer and I'm so hyped for totk will have my copy soon from game stop almost 3 days
Been playing on my Stean Deck. Best ever game for me. I got 500 hours plus in BOTW. I think that game is my new 4th favorite Zelda game. TOTK is not only the best Zelda but best ever game. Been playing games since the 90's and this is legit that good. Sky Islands are a big deal, underground is a big deal. Legit themed dungeons with bosses are a big deal. New enemies, a lot them too All over the place. The overworld is more filled in. Environment story telling. New mechanics and so many of them. The map is a similar Hyrule with main landmark points, but feels mainly different. It has so many amazing caves. Not filler. Yes shrines are back but better and don't all look pretty much the same. Great side quest. Different variations of old enemies and a lot of new ones with their own variations. The story is 70% better. Ganon is actually in the game. Way more items. Way more weapons. Fuse weapons. Very interesting caves. New way to shoot bows. Tweaking of the stamina bar. Bran new abilities. The building system is crazing. That's a game in itself. The tower uncovering map thing is done way cooler. I mean I could go on and on. Similar in key ways to BOTW, yes. It is after all a sequel. A very, very good one. You get it. In a week you won't be done and your jaw will still drop and you'll have drool dripping off your chin.
