I just watched all 3 episodes and as a fan of the game, I have to admit, so far it is really good.
"When Sarah saw him kill this old woman who is infected, she cries"… well yeah
1. It's her Dad. not some random guy that hse just met
2. The "old woman" is her neighbour, who she knows and cares about, not a complete stranger who she knows is a danger to her
3. She hasn't been brought up in a post apocalyptic world, so this is not remotely normal

Neil Druckmann is a very lucky guy to have collaborated with real geniuses like Bruce Straley and Craig Mazin and be able to take the bulk of the credit

Ms. Ramsey’s performance was stupendous. Her commitment to duplicate the game characters mannerisms and line delivery brought me to tears
I never would've known both girls were British. They've got their American accents down to a T.
Nico's Parker performance was so real and outstanding. An incredible series opening!

To be honest, I was a little nervous about how the show was going to go, since video game live action adaptation have had a past record of not being good, but I was happy and surprised to find that they did good.
What is the soundtrack at 4:11? Unable to find it in the official playlist.
Sarah's death is the most important part of the game which gets you completely emotionally invested to it and it becomes more than just a game so they had to get this right in the show and they did.
The series has been magnificent! I’m really enjoying the Inside the Episodes too.

wow, ellie is surprisingly and EXTREMELY british.
Nico did really well, but I'm not a fan of randomly making characters black just for inclusion.
This adaptation is perfect, in every sense of the word. It follows the game to a tee, and the changes they made and extra stuff added just gives it more of a identity. It’s really a testament to how good the game is when an adaptation is willing to go up and behind for it.
