Bro. This episode made be bawl. I actually think this was better than the game.
i know they are real people and i know they have been around since early ages, but just like the others, I have the right to my opinion that they are mentally ill, same as people from early ages ,the difference is that I don't want them dead, be whatever you want to be, just don't promote yourself, if someone has two or more personalities is considered to be mentally ill, but if man thinks he is woman or vice versa or something else, because in their sick minds there is no limit, that is fine and we should accept ? and now can you agree that there aren't that many of them that they must to appear in every tv series or movie, it's obviously some kind of propaganda.
My wife told me that this episode is for women and gays. For me this episode was the weakest. Too much time spent with side characters that had bigger storyline impact in game than in the series. One can skip this episode and go straight to 4th.
Woke garbage!!! This episode was an obvious subversion of the Parks and Recs character. Because Ron Swanson was a beloved character this was so overt that it made me scan the entire thing. Had this just been about love then equal time would have been given equaLLy to the Tess/Joel characters. Really kind of a wasted episode. Terrible
Correct me if I’m wrong but In the game isn’t there a bedroom where a family or couple were dead in the bed? And you could find a note? It was like a little side thing you could find idk if it was in part one or part 2 either way I thought it was cool that it was the way they decided bill and franks story ends.

It was an amazing episode, but I was they could have woven Bill’s and Frank’s game storyline into it.
Just wow an amazing episode, Bill and Frank literally beat the apocalypse and died together in their own home at peace.
Gay marriage wasn’t even legalized until 2015, so for them to get married was so much more meaningful. They could only be free when the world fell apart

This episode was a masterclass in storytelling, and I was so impressed by the actors, they need to win awards for this. As for staying perfect to the game, I think the beauty of having different adaptations of a story is that you can experience it in different ways. If you want to see what happens if Bill survives and meets Ellie, you can play the game! And it's incredible! One thing Neil Druckman said that when they divert from the game story, they make sure it's for an impactful reason, and the bigger the diversion, the more of an improvement it is. I have a huge amount of respect for it. This is perhaps one of the best episodes of TV I've seen in years. Just wow.

What a waste of television. If Bill and Frank were a guy and a girl they never would’ve shown this. It’s just political bullshit and the writer trying to get brownie points for appearing progressive. All the awards they’ll get because of the gay couples love. It’s all political societal bullshit. The writers ought to be ashamed they sold their soul for this. They could’ve just stuck to the damn script and the rating wouldn’t be the worst episode so far. What a waste. In my mind it was a 20 minute episode from whenever Joel and Ellie were on. Hopefully the world stops rewarding bullshit and just makes things people enjoy to watch instead of pandering to pseudo moralistic holier-than-tho people.
(Not to say that it wasn’t well it done. It very much was.)
