We met our main characters, we have our premise, and now the show is off to a memorable start. Our main characters have their goals and all has to do with surviving. But for Joel and Ellie, there is more to it than that.
As wild as episode 1 was, the rest of the season will likely be crazier. We’re probably going to meet all sorts of characters. In this world, no one is exactly who they appear to be.
The Last of Us episode 2, titled “Infected”, will premiere on HBO and HBO Max on Sunday, January 22, at 9 pm Eastern Standard Time, 8 pm Central Time, and 6 pm Pacific Standard Time. As of now, the times and dates will remain the same throughout, with new episodes releasing every Sunday until the season finale.

Wow. The little girl doesn't look at all like the video game girl.
Its really hard to please gamers like us when they adapt shows. Because we have more action in the videogame, because its what games meant to be. Imagine the tv show is more or killing infecteds and less story line that would be more boring. Also havent we learned about finding an look a like version of the game plays but cant act? I think this show gave more homage to the original than any other game to tv. Like RE. Silent hill etc. Im good with ellie joel and the rest except sarah. She seems so big and what not but she great actress that all that matters
Pedro is fine as Joel I can handle that but Bella does not work as Ellie her look is far too off the whole Forehead feels wrong I can explain it other than that.

I really want to like the Ellie actress but her face is so PLAIN. It's literally like a (*,*) or (-_-) in every scene. I know its a kid, but facial expressions help bring the character to life. Everyone else is amazing. I'm excited to see how well the rest is done! I already know i'm gonna lose it on the Sam and Henry story…

I hope after this season ends they follow up with more seasons but have them take place in between Part II so that we can keep Joel around for a longer time and he doesn't die exactly the same way or if anything not at all. Idk if I'd like him not dying eventually but it'd be nice to see a build up to Abby and her revenge.
