Highway evacuation scenes are my absolute favorite. If only they’d pan out to see how actually long the traffic jam was to add impact to the chaos.
A few reasons why I think those plane are all in the same airspace they all took off at once, they got orders not to land, or there's no Air Traffic Control to land them

1:05 Did any one else notice that Jimmys place which was changed from Louis's place in the original game was on the left side of the road instead of the right! This an absolute disgrace as a fan of the game I demand they reshoot the scene and put it on the right and call it by it's respective name, Louis's place!

This is incredible! I do have to say, there's no such thing as US HWY-183 West. It runs on a North-South direction. I'm guessing this is around the Mustang Ridge community, just south of Austin, but north of San Marcos.
This whole opening reminded me a lot of the Dawn of The Dead remake. Especially the shot of Denise coming outside only to be attacked by the neighbor as they drive off.
