Alfredo whatever button you hold down in the air to do a ground smash should be the same button you hit while sprinting to break the walls. It should just be whatever melee is for your control scheme, not the dash button. It usually takes a sec but shouldn’t need too much of a run-up.

If you can melee the prometheans fast enough you can get your shields back fast enough that you can survive, but you need to dodge with your boost after you melee, so you dont get hit in return
