  1. An Xcom-like that is lighter is substance but that's not a bad thing, really. I've been watching a playthrough from Christopher Odd and I'm liking what I'm seeing. He's a big fan of XCom 2 and similar games and he's really enjoying this one.

  2. They lost me at the real time stealth portion of the game. If I want twitchy action I'll play an action game where the controls are tight enough that I feel somewhat in control of how things play out. Lamplighter's League wasn't that, just like HBS earlier game with out-of-place action stealth (in the form of the reworked Decking system) Shadowrun: Hong Kong wasn't that. It's just frustrating to fail a mission because my character pathed in a weird way or didn't move as quickly as expected or my reflexes just suck, and now I'm stuck in a protracted disadvantageous fight that costs time and resources.
