Fat shaming is more prevalent in India and Pakistan then it is in Canada and States. We would never joke about someone's weight in an open setting condoning it but, in Indian and Pakistan tv shows they openly insult people with weight issues especially on Kapil Sharma show. Which, is hypocritical since Kapil is also technically or was over weight so for him to laugh at over weight people is hypocrisy. I like the show but I wish you guys would stop insulting people for their looks it's not even funny. If people make fun of themselves ok that's their choice. Even when it is done with comedy you can still see the hurt on their face while they smile. And to those people that think it's ok to do so well, it says a lot about you.
