Hey, like I said in the chat, I don't think a new show is needed, you guys have a busy schedule already, I would rotate in a Dread of Building every other week or so along with the Joy of Building. Only rule is the person who hates the set must build it and explain their hatred as they go.
It would be nice to see a LegoMaster like Steven be challenged. Maybe demonstrate a MOC from concept to completion. It doesn't have to be a big build, but it would be interesting to see how Steven developes ideas into finished original builds.

A terrible set show would be awesome, Nexo Knights come to mind. Part 2, 3, 4 shows are cool too.
That was the first castle set I ever got for my birthday! Still got the parts.
The first ghost came out in 1990 with the King's Mountain Fortress and Black Monarch's Ghost sets.
