  1. Y'all are the helping hand that is always there, even if people are to embarrassed to ask for help. You guys are able to help hand out items badly needed with the money people donate or for purchasing items from your store. THAT IS A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE INVOLVED WITH THIS AWESOME CHANNEL! A special thank you to the little guy wearing the t-shirt be prepared not scared. That was awesome to the young ones not to be scared. Thanks mom and dad to help him understand the whole picture what to do, to take cover and learn about the weather. THANK YOU!

  2. I just ran into the tornado near Troy Alabama on my way home from college. Had to drive into a ditch for safety and was just about 30 or 40 yards away from it as I could not see it from the rain but once it died down, I could see trees uprooted and trunks completely bare from the ditch I was parked in.

  3. Four of the people that died were my family members. The tornado went through my family’s land. It destroyed three of their homes. Only two family members that were home survived. One has serious injuries.

  4. It was my birthday yesterday, and also the first time I’ve ever heard a tornado siren. I had just eaten out with friends and we’re getting out of our cars to walk back on campus (Tifton, GA) and the sirens went. Once I realized what it was I yelled at my friends to run inside. I always thought the sirens were “a tornado has touched down or sighted forming nearby.” When the lights flickered while we were in shelter it really got me spooked! We didn’t get anything bad though. Wishing the best for those affected.

  5. This was good coverage of this horrendous outbreak. Especially it being an unprompted last minute stream. My hats off to you and the team.
P.S. A little constructive criticism, when you have storm chasers on the ground during a confirmed tornado, utilize the hell out of them. Why Ryan Cartees feed came back he was still in the vicinity of the Selma tornado. I would have immediately got him on the air via cell phone call if need be and then give him the mic completely. If this situation arises in the future I would always take the radar off full screen and give priority to the chaser and their live video. You can then bounce back between his dialogue with your dialogue of where the tornado is headed.
