  1. it's nice to see some meat on the bones of Skyrim stories. I always appreciate your scholarly approach to any fantasy story you cover. i like the last theory of the dragon priest masks, they were tools to rule with an iron fist, valock ruled with his heart so he didn't need nor want one.

  2. So i have a theory about alduin. When he came back to the 4th era he caused a dragon break. I base this theory on how multiple different questlines having different ways they can be completed while also still remaining canon to the story. You can either destory or join the dark brotherhood, you can either join or destory the dawnguard, you can pick a side and win the civil war. There is 4 different endings to the peace treaty stormcloud heavy, imperial heavy, even on both sides or it doesn't happen at all because the war is over. Boethiah, azura, clavicus vile, dagon, Malacath, and Namira each have multiple different endings or ways of doing the quest. Blood on the ice has 2 different endings. And there's more quests like these that can be done in a multitude of ways. This is something oblivion did not do.

  3. after the game of thrones stories are over, and with rings of power scarring this generation of lord of the rings, i think elder scrolls time is up! i hope they make a show of elder scrolls or world of warcraft

  4. I recommend reading "A Practical Guide to Evil", its written online by erraticerrata.
If you like a mix between both serious and deep action and politics I recommend it.
In the setting "Narrative" is an in-universe force. There are Heroes and Villains. A villain feels the compulsion to monologue, a hero believes in the righteousness of their own actions, etc.
It uses the basic stereotypes such as "the Evil Empire", and creates narrative, political, and historical reasons why it exists, and how it operates.

  5. My favorite part of the shiogorath and shalidor quest is when Shiogorath lights the guys soul on fire to light the way for, and then the guy just dies πŸ˜… and shiogorath just starts laughing πŸ˜‚
