  1. Counter drone equipment better get sorted soon or there will be no one wanting to sign on for infantry. Hard to motivate a man or woman in boots to guard a position that was leveled by a kite with really expensive dynamite strapped to it not five minutes prior. It's gonna need to be cheap, power efficient, not disrupt inter unit communication, and ideally be man portable so it can move with the infantry. Failure to do so will result in a lot of casualties, especially if it gets dragged into an urban setting.

  2. Re; Lazars… theproblem is numbers of and unfortunately the profiteers manyfacturng the weapons are still gouging so very profusily vn the USA can only aford one unit per ship. To be even remotily efficiant wee'd need many lazars per ship. Wake Up or you are the next Ukraine people.

  3. FYI, much of the US navy can be resupplied at sea. When it comes to the US Navy, focusing its power in a region, the Navy doctrine allows them to fight to theaters of war at the same time so they don’t need to concentrate all their power in one area. That’s why at this very moment there are multiple battle groups focused on the mid east from the Mediterraneanand the Persian sea as well as the Indian Ocean. There are additional navy carriers and Struyk groups focused on Asia and Southeast Asia.

  7. What the hell! America is a dumpster fire with DEI fire fighters! This is too expensive ! The American government is dumb! This country sucks and all this crap is to provide protection for the European elites, and it's a tax burden on Americans back!

Great, we'll all be homeless, but the cowardly European elites will feel safer!

  8. Overpowered weapons… Hmm. Keep in mind all the service rifles used in WWI had cartridges much more powerful than almost all current assault rifles. US 30-06 (1906) is a real monster. Just saying. Overpowered is an odd concept when discussing a weapons capability.

My grandpa shot superman with his 30-06 Springfield, said it just bounced right off!

  9. But a laser is a single ray weapon, trying to hit a small, highly maneuverable drone. Also, is it an always-on laser or shoots beams only when triggered? Any overheating issues if always on? If not, how many times can it be fired before a cooldown is required?

What about weapons based on airwaves disturbance? Drones are small flying objects that are susceptible to disturbances in the air. Would shockwave weapons be effective and if so, would they be a better solution for a drawn-out engagement or when facing a swarm of drones?
