  1. There are two types of people:

    – Those who thought of all the dumb shite he's been doing recently, and

    – Those of us whose brains immediately started singing: 🎶 Hamster! A dentist! Hard corn! STEVEN SEAGULL! 🎶

    xD

  2. I hate to be that guy, but seeing modern films (post 2000) next to older films just make the modern films look so much less effective. There's just something about Sean Connery actually being on top of a train doing his own stunts that can't be replicated with computer effects.

  3. I just have to say this video is really fantastic and will definitely become a new favorite. I was so happy to see the blue flame special series return, because when I first discovered your channel back during Covid and was ravenously watching through all of your videos, the blue flame specials more than others were an incredible joy to put on during some relatively dark days and seeing it come back now reminds me of how much Fun and enjoymen your videos have brought me since I first started watching! ❤

  4. Question for Patrick replies. How often do you lie for your art? At the Stockholm meet up you said you were flying back to the US the next day and someone in the comments claims that the train you are on is an Amtrack. How can we trust you after this? Are the parents in your videos even your real parents, and what about Mary? Are Adam actually canon? (JK, great video as always and the meet up was so fun. It was great that you featured the Noblesse, I wish I was smart enough thay I was the one that gave it to you 😂

  5. I'd sooner watch a Steven Seagal than finish watching the ludicrous Snowpiercer. I got 2-3 episodes in before I gave up on it's premise. I think this is the one example where a train does not make a show/movie/etc better.

  6. Trains rule. A Blue Flame Special AND more train-talk? Yes please! After a cray-cray week, I can finally sit down and watch this, and it certainly delivered! Thanks, Patrick!

  7. Snowpierecer sort of feels like a video game adaptation because of how similar it is to the early 1990s computer game Transarctica (the last remnants of humanity living on a train travelling across a frozen wasteland). Though when I looked into it, the movie is based on a 1982 French graphic novel, and the game on a series of French sci-fi novels that started in 1980, so if anything Snowpierecer's source material may have been inspired by Transarctica's source material

  8. why can't I find part 1? Like how much work does one need to put in to find part one? a you tube search didn't help.

EDIT: Ok. I'm realizing that Patrick was just trolling us. There is no part 1. hysterical… thanks.
