I agree with everything you said about Indie 5. I don't think a single trailer has ever made me feel as sad as this film has. Harrison just looks tired. Spielberg not being involved is insane to me. This is entirely my cynical side, however if Disney self sabotaged this movie so they could make a reboot without fan backlash, it would not surprise me.
Don’t trust Disney with anything
This is a re-upload right? I hope I'm not going crazy lol
Until reading this comment section just now I legitimately just assumed this channel had at least 200k subscribers
Mutt is better than phoebe waller bridge
1981… 40 yrs ago. Thats why s new indy will and can not reach the heights of the 1st. Its in its conception Story, the screenwriter and a young Spielberg trying to proove he can be on budget. Its frenzied energy and class come from quality control on every level.
"to me aliens always felt out of place in an Indiana Jones movie"
"[an idea for the fourth movie] was staring them right in the face in the video game "Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis."
… in which an alien race ("horned beings") visits earth….
Another franchise killed off! 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️😩😩😩😩🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹😭😭😭😭
amazing video!! +1 sub
This would have been a solid review of the Indiana Jones franchise, but you muddied the waters with potshots at the extended STAR WARS franchise entries. Whether you liked them or not, those movies are independent from these, even though they shared some creative tissue. Those movies, as well as the KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL made a lot of money, so they have fans. You don't have to trash other people's enjoyment to make a proper critique.
Idk the adventures of mutt Williams sounds appealing when faced with the very real possibility of the adventures of fleabag
I think a Indiana Jones animated series would be cool. It could be about prime indy during the the 30s and 40s.
As someone who grew up with Chronicles of Young Indiana Jones (My mom absolutely LOVED that show), I feel a reboot of the series, even as a movie, would have made way more sense.
Good Video! I thought you had problably a couple hundred thousand subscribers till I look it up, wow!
Just a little suggestion: It would be nice if you could say temperatures in fahrenheit AND Celsius (for us non americans) and also meters and centimeters together with feet and inches.
Keep up the good work!
Just subscribed after watching the Batman video. You got some really good content and you're really knowledgeable about your subject matter. Thanks for posting!💯
Nice videos
Imagine if Indiana Jones Atlantis we should’ve got that especially with all the research that’s came out recently about it
Mr Sunday Movies talked about how something alien esque was a natural evolution of subject matter and I agree given the 1950's.
8:29 Aliens are fine… it’s just a movie is a made by numbers film
I'm probably a minority here but Temple of Doom was my childhood favourite. Perhaps I could see myself being Shortround, being an Asian kid. Watched it last weekend and it was way funnier than I remembered it to be.
I'm going to be ghoulish – I would bet that once Harrison Ford has died, within a year or so of his passing, Disney will announce that they're going to make more Indiana Jones films.
I'm loving the in-depth analysis of each video.
And yet not a word as to what the heck went into Temple of Doom?
