The 33 Discourses contained in this book were dictated over a visible Light and Sound Ray in 1932 by the Ascended Master Saint Germain and those other Ascended Masters directly concerned with this Activity. The sound of His Voice was physically audible to everyone in the room. At times, His Visible, Tangible Presence also stood within the room, when He radiated the Power and Energy of the Light Rays to accomplish special work.

The Ascended Master Saint Germain says: “It is the most important Understanding mankind can ever have, and there is no Freedom nor Perfection for the individual, except through this conscious application.” He considers it of such paramount importance that He dictated more than thirty-three Discourses in which He explains what happens in the outer Life of the individual when one says “I AM.”

He also says: “Nothing will bless the individual to so great a degree as the Conscious Understanding of this ‘Creative Word.’ ”

  9. My being has always operated on these concepts.. but life and negativity seeped in and now I am reclaiming my birthright to this divine presence that we have ultimate access too through the GREAT I AM.

  14. 4:08:57 "If you could be conscious of every thought that passed through your mind for 6 weeks and keep it qualified with perfection you would see the most amazing results , say often "I am the master within, governing and controlling all my thought processes …" I AM Going To Try This For 6 Weeks 🙂

  16. This came out in the 30’s? I wouldn’t think twice if it was written today. Over 15 years of metaphysical studies and I have barely just heard of this. I’m surprised. This is incredible.

  21. In 1993, I was in Paris following a trip to the the Great Pyramid where I had participated in a world peace invocation during which God spoke through me, commanding world peace. I was meditating in the inner sanctum of Notre-Dame Cathedral and felt a Presence before me. When I opened my eyes, I beheld St. Germain who held out his hand and placed a golden medallion in my hand as a gift. He just smiled without saying a word. Then he walked away.

  39. Listeners Beware, this rhetoric is deeply steeped in Christian-ized dogma, as it was likely written in an environment and period where Christianity was the dominant philosophy. This is apparent throughout the the text with the engendering of a force (referenced on "He", harkening the patriachal structure of the Christian hierarchy), as well as reinforcing a distinction between the "self" and a diety, which implies an inherent separation. The logic here is based on a material consciousness, when immaterial consciousness is far less circular and problematic. Constantly reinforcing "I am" etches into the mind a concept of Self without explaining that the Self is but a fabrication of the mind and a tool of Duality. The henosis belabored within this text is designed to keep you chasing your own tail. Why would I need to remind myself that "I am" if, indeed, I already am? This is like trying to turn on a light that's already on, but allowing a text to convince me that I'm sitting in a dark room. Or, like trying to invite a guest to a party that's already present at the party. Also, the bias towards "Love" does nothing but create more duality. While this text is metaphysical in nature, it doesn't even consider the criteria of physics first, where there is no "Love" force therein, but a balance between Positive, Negative, and Neutral forces. This is represented in our atomic model, which is a scientifically measurable asset of Reality. There are no "Love" or "Hate" particles present anywhere in any physical study, and since this text is metaphysical, assert the truth of "As Above; So Below". If there are no "Love" or "Hate" particles present in the micro, why would there be in the macro? The answer is that there isn't. This is the typical feel-good bias of nursery-rhyme-esque self-help nonsense, a pandering to the proclivity of pleasure.

    Don't be duped by this antiquated self-help brainwash. Don't get stuck in the concept of self. Don't try to convince yourself of "I am". If what this text asserts is true, then why would you need to realize what you already are? You wouldn't waste your time trying to turn on a radio that's already on, would you? No, so why would you spend time telling yourself "I am" if you already are and were? If you had brown hair, would you spend precious hours of your week trying to convince yourself that you have brown hair? Self-help nonsense like this utilizes paradoxes to keep the mind forever on a circular track with logical loopholes and tricks it into thinking it's getting somewhere, much like a mouse in a stationary wheel. This is the strategy of snake-oil salesmen who convince you that you are poisoned so that they can sell you a potion. Constantly trying to remind myself that "I am" is like going to the DMV with my ID to apply for my ID. This is recursive and time wasting, built on a dogma that's trying to subtletly install a duality in my mind and then selling me the non-duality that was already present.

    "God" is not a "He" nor a "She". Anytime a text tries to anthropomorphize or engender a force, you should immediately turn the other way. These are the inventions, tools, and tactics of a Human trying to dupe you. If anything, "God" is akin to the neutral force of a Neutron, less like a positive Proton or negative Electron, but we as sentient beings can utilize these forces, in the same way we use Electrons to power our electronics. All of the biological software and hardware to power whichever reality we wish is already there, as we've already created it.
