Twice a year, on the rugged island of Kodiak, Alaska, a select group of hunters head into the wilderness for the ultimate test against the elements and the largest land predator on Earth–the Kodiak brown bear. Narrated by James Hetfield, the voice of Metallica, The Hunt is an eight-episode series that documents one of the most dangerous pursuits known to man.

  1. Testosterone, some men and some women have to prove their dominance over anyone or anything or else they feel inferior. When in reality, they are very weak. Very predictable and mentally unstable.
Don’t overlook the fact that they are being paid to perform and project a heightened state of drama, in order to create content for the viewer . It’s the editors job to piece it all together to keep the viewer riveted and wanting more.. if you’re reading this, it’s probably because you have fallen into the mass formation psychosis trap.

  3. Hi, I was stationed on Kodiak at the Support Center. I have fished crabbed and hunted The Rock!! I sometimes would give rides to the cattle farmers who were getting their cattle destroyed by the 1200 lb fun machine. All fours 35 to 38 mph before your head gets swatted off like an olive on a toothpick. This video I have to see.
