Can't wait😊
I have really enjoyed your show. Easy to see how you are a great story teller.Try 1960's James Bond movie or Some Like It Hot.
“In Her Shoes” is another good one with Cameron Dias and Toni Collete and Shirley McClaine !
One of my favorite holiday movies!
Hope everyone enjoyed tonight!!!
Love how you thanked your mom for continuing to mention this movie and putting it on the poll !!
What else has your mom been wanting you to watch??? She’s got good taste in movies!!
Merry Christmas to you too!!!🎄
I love this film so much, too! One of my all-time favorites I usually watch it every Holiday season.
Nice top.
You haven't watched Cameron Diaz in "Something about Madison", oops, I meant Mary.
"Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind" is a fantastic movie with Kate Winslet and Jim Carrey.
And merry Christmas, from Paris.
kinda silly , but I always liked it – actually have the DVD. also. 4 weddings & a funeral . ' Cats and dogs'. I really like. 'kissing Jessica Stein' which is a bit , tiny bit different.
You should do a poll of your Mother's favorite movies that you haven't seen.
The UK part of the film was partially shot in Godalming & Shere, a town & village in the county of Surrey in South East England that dates all the way back to the 11th century!
i L O V E this movie! Terrific reaction by you as well! We watch this movie as one of our holiday favorites every Christmas! Glad you enjoyed it.
'Love Actually' is another UK set, holiday themed rom-com you might like to watch.❤
The Mask was Cameron Diaz's first movie, I believe. It's a whole lot of fun.
To me, the best part is knowing that Tuco managed to get out of that cemetary, turn his life around, and build a whole new career. Take that, Blondie!
Rufus Sewell, you should watch him in Dark City. Has Jennifer Connolly.
This is a good one.
Oh, Madison. You have so much going on and, Like Kate in this movie, you are going to find your one (if you haven't already!). Thanks for your reaction to this little gem — I don't think many reactors have done it!
I really love Jack Black in this movie. He always plays crazy characters, but in this he's just a nice guy who is kind of funny. And he does it really well. But I also love this film. Great for the holidays.
Such a sweet movie. Nice reaction Maddie. The actor whose name you didn't know was Rufus Sewell. A great movie he was in that you might not know is Cold Comfort Farm. I highly recommend it. It's sweet, charming, and amusing. It's another city girl in the English countryside. Kate Beckinsale is phenomenal in it.
A Kate Winslet movie you should try is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. She plays very much against type. Go into that one as unspoiled as you can, and let it unfold for you.
The big Cameron Diaz movie is There's Something About Mary. Save that for when you need a mindless laugh.
Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
The Holiday is one of the few movies I watch every Christmas. The list is pretty short: White Christmas with Bing Crosby, The Holiday, Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, Love Actually, and the newest addition to the list of Last Christmas with Emilia Clarke, Henry Golding, Michelle Yeoh, and Emma Thompson (who also co-wrote the screenplay), which takes its name from the classic WHAM! song.
Regarding Cameron Diaz, some of my favorites are My Best Friend's Wedding, Charlie's Angels 1 & 2, Vanilla Sky, the Shrek movies (voicing Princess Fiona), and She's The One. She's The One was a film directed by Edward Burns (who played Amanda's boyfriend Ethan in the beginning of The Holiday), and was a lower budget rom-com. It was Burns's first film after the success of his Sundance darling The Brothers McMullan. She's the One also starred Jennifer Aniston, who was just at the beginning of her Friends run, and the late John Mahoney (Martin Crane from the sitcom Frasier).
I think I better watch this one quickly before the copyright war kicks in😀
My Wife hated this movie when we first saw it. A year or so later one of the movie channels was playing this movie and I decided to record it. When I went to watch the movie, My Wife decided to watch it with me and fell in Love with it. We now watch it every Christmas season and my Wife always wonders why she hated the movie so much the first time she watched it.
"Iris, if you were a melody. I used only the good notes."
The longing in Jack Black's eyes when he looks at her and plays makes me want to see him play a dramatic role.
Great reaction, Madison. Cameron Diaz has been in a few movies but her most popular are probably There's Something About Mary, The Mask (her first movie iirc) and as the voice of Princess Fiona in Shrek.
There’s something about Mary
For more Cameron Diaz, I highly recommend "In Her Shoes" which is a more serious role. She's been in lots of comedies and romcoms too, my fave is probably "Knight and Day"
The guy Kate Winslet is in love with at the start of the movie is Rufus Sewell. Among other things, he was in Amazing Grace, Victoria, and the Man in the High Castle.
I LOVE this movie!
For some reason whenever I see Rufus Sewell my mind goes to Cold Comfort Farm (1995) (primarily starring Kate Beckinsale, also with Joanna Lumley and Ian McKellen). If you haven't seen it I think that, as a writer, you'd probably appreciate it. It is based on a satirical parody novel of the same name written in 1932.
Great reaction Madison. Your reaction was as enjoyable as the movie 😊
For anti-dreamy Jude Law, The Road to Perdition is tremendous, almost a noire film. Rufus Sewell can currently be seen in The Diplomat, a series,
I think I cried as many times as you did if not a couple times more. It's been Ages since I've seen this movie and apparently I didn't remember much except the oveall concept. Great reaction Madison. You Rocked it ^_^ Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
