Riverside Park, in Agawam Massachusetts didn’t always carry the name, “Riverside”, in fact thru out the history of the land it resides on, came many name changes.

From a humble picnic grove, to what has now become a major, world class theme park under a different name, “The History Of Riverside Park, takes a deep dive look into the many decades of adventures, and just how this piece of land has evolved over the years.

The adventures and stories told in this documentary are visualized to the viewer thru actual historic photos, video, and visual recreations of this historic property!

  1. I remember the remains of that diving platform and it’s so true, we never knew what it was and I really never noticed the depth markings!? (Idk if the markings were still there in the 80’s and possibly 90’s, when I’m remembering)

  2. fantastic documentary. I had just been trying to look up some of the park history. particularly trying to find info on the riverboats along the river. how long were they in use?
