Your number are totally wrong , try again and investigate how much in total Europe provided to Ukraine. So called US aids was mostly loans or other tricky long term deals while dumping over old US weapon stocks which anyway has to be replaced by new ones back home.
The west and particularly the US have always help too late and often out of needs like presently Ukraine can t use long range missiles on Russia while the latter is firing Ukraine from there. Try winning a war with one hand tide behind your back!
