The Packers identity is a mediocrity, unfortunately. Not sure how much of that can be attributed to coaching and how much of it is personnel. The defense was playing OK earlier in the season, especially in the secondary. But they don’t apply nearly enough pressure and have like zero gap integrity. Injuries to key players like Campbell hasn’t helped obviously. Meanwhile the offense has been a mess all season. Lots of new parts and Rodgers has been turning the ball over at a pretty high volume, at least to his standards.
I think the criticisms of LeFleur is fair up to a certain point, but let’s not forget he won 13 games in each of his first 3 seasons. Players seem to like playing for him. I don’t think it’s fair to assume he brings nothing to the table because of one poor season. Typical overreaction Monday take by Colin.

Cowherd has never liked the Packers, and has never liked LaFleur. However, he's cozy with Sean Payton, whose teams displayed many of the faults he accuses the Packers of. Glitz, glamour, big stats, but no heart when it counts most. Gutekunst dropped the ball on putting together a viable receiving corps, and Joe Barry must bear the brunt for the defense underperforming. They have the talent, but they don't seem to be in the right spots a lot of the time, and that's on the coaching staff. I think the receiving corps issue takes care of itself with Doubs and Watson starting their second years, and I think Barry has to go.
