Hi could be used in a campervan? What about the gases?
I truly believe every family should make a few of these stoves / heaters in case of emergency. Well done and thanks for your knowledge
Dachshunds are the best!
Geruchsempfindlich darf man da nicht sein und bei dieser kleinen Menge ISO ist nach 20 Minuten schon wieder Schluss.
Send that to me me ..i will pay hoid money 😊
What catalyst did you use?
Indeed this is a genius way of heating your home , the piece of curved metal is like using a parabolic mirror to radiate the heat in the most efficient way possible
Amazing, thx 👍

I do find acetone useful, but I can't say I've ever wanted to nut on acetone (2:43) … lol! 🙂
I think perhaps a grid on top of the can would have allowed the burn without flames.
You jump around to much ….
Mr Robo, your narration sucks. Blocking your channel.
Wow first time I ever knew of a catslytic heater. Very interestingng.
But, exactly how much fuel did you use, and how long did the actual catalytic process last? BTW. love your channel. Your ideas and manufactoring are amazing! My new favorite YT channel!
Burn time per ounce of fuel please
i painted used chip pan oil to paint the green algae off the wooden fence, goes on real easy and i didnt have to clean it off first ,good way to get rid of used oil without blocking the drains,, 9 months later it has not come back
A bad order AND smell you say??? Ever heard the song "Repeat Stuff" by Bo Burnham?
So is this an alcohol / bio-ethanol burner with a screen chimney? I see the alcohol vapor burning… the screen & reflector radiate heat. I’m confused about the catalytic part. Alcohol vapors burn in metal containers all the time. But not that high – maybe the screen facilitates the fumes and makes the screen a chimney for blooming? I’m not very engineering savvy. If it was an alcohol stove heater chimney, I would get it. It looks super cool. I think stainless steel would be safer than aluminum, but could be wrong.
– Dazed & confused, but intrigued!
I think it would be safer if placed in a weighted vessel… like a metal coffe or paint can, with a couple inches of sand in bottom that the fuel canister sits in, to provide tip over protection. As is, the design is too heavy & therefore, dangerous. It’s not flameless… the alcohol vapors are combusting.
I can’t afford heaters for my family because the electricity price is so high
Can’t burn wood too because of the smoke and monoxide poisoning
Each year we struggle to fight cold my parents are old and it makes me feel sad that I can’t do much for them every time I try to make something but it’s impossible for me because I don’t have tools and materials and can’t afford such stuff
But your idea seems very easy and pocket friendly
Just one small question- I hope the alcohol doesn’t cause any harm or damage to health ?
this will occur in the US but I find these so helpful for those suffering from extreme cold in Europe, the UK, and Canada, among other places. With our current admin on track to destroy the use of gas stoves, AC, etc etc, I can see where we will need these soon. Once all wood stoves are shut down, this is necessity.
