The idea that this goat-antelope (wasn't really a goat) was coldblooded is outdated. Furthermore it was very small, only around 20 kg or 40 lb. Source: I'm a paleontologist.
Are you? Are you familiar with goats eating whatever literally fits in their mouth? Do not lay. If goats are unattended on a chicken farm they will eat the baby chicks. It's not even a hesitation either.
Bruh, a lot of herbivores will chew on bones as a way to get important minerals, especially calcium. Cows, sheep, deers and many others will partake in the very same habit of chewing on skeletons and eating small animais when they need to supplement their diet.
It was mostly likely not cold blooded, that seems to be an error of assumption by previous scientists. They had what seemed to be unique tissue around their cortex more typical of a lizard but seems to persist as a perfectly normal trait among several warm blooded ruminants (basically hooves herbivores )
So what you’re telling me is, you believe the chupakabra is real and you’re supporting it with extremely questionable “science”. Understandable have a nice day.
It probably chewed on bones for calcium or other minerals lacking in it's diet…
Looking at this thing unnerves me😂

Y’know I’m usually sad when I learn about extinct animals but I’m kinda happy this one’s gone

I kinda doubt this thing would actually be that scary unless you’re already in a dark ass cave.
